The Lemonade Circle
The partnership between Serendipity Social Co. and The Lemonade Circle is rooted in a shared mission to empower, educate, and elevate Black girls and young women. Through year-round collaboration, both organizations work hand-in-hand to create experiences, opportunities, and visibility that reflect a deep commitment to leadership development, digital literacy, and creative expression.
Ryn Pitts, CEO of Serendipity Social Co., serves on The Lemonade Circle’s Leadership Board as the Director of Social Media Marketing, where she guides the nonprofit’s digital presence, storytelling, and overall online impact. Through this strategic leadership role, Ryn ensures that the organization’s voice and mission remain consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant across all platforms.
Serendipity Social Co. proudly supports The Lemonade Circle as the Title Sponsor and Lead Director of the nonprofit’s largest annual event, the Lemon Essence Fundraising Fashion Show. In addition to overseeing all production elements—from casting to creative direction—Ryn Pitts leads the event's vision and execution, ensuring that it not only showcases youth talent and creativity, but also serves as a major fundraising vehicle to support year-round programming.
The partnership is also behind the annual Content Queens Summer Program, a five-week hands-on experience designed for Lemonade Circle members. This initiative equips participants with real-world skills in content creation, photography, branding, and digital marketing, while also serving as a seasonal fundraising campaign through local business sponsorships and community donations.
In further support of the nonprofit’s mission, Serendipity Social Co. organizes additional fundraising initiatives, including the annual Content for a Cause Raffle Giveaway, where one small business wins a full day of professional media production. All proceeds directly benefit The Lemonade Circle, allowing the nonprofit to fund scholarships, events, and enrichment programs for its members. The agency also contributes a portion of fashion show profits, seasonal partnerships, and internal campaigns to bolster the organization's ability to serve more girls each year.
